For beginners who want the easiest of the easier low-limit poker lessons, it’s best to learn Texas Hold’em. Casino poker lessons in Hold’em are relatively easier and more convenient to learn.
It’s a low minimum of $3 for the first two sessions and a low minimum of $6 for the last two bet sessions. It’s the same with the raises. Low limits possible are $5 for the first bet sessions and $10 for the last bet sessions. There is also a $10 raise for the first bet sessions and a $20 raise for the last bet sessions.
Two blind bets are made for a start, and then a small blind, which is something like half the smallest allowable bet, or one dollar. The player left of the small blind makes the big blind, equal to the whole minimum bet, or 3 dollars. The other players stay their bets.
The blinds are established, and all players are dealt double cards with faces down. The small blind player gets the first card. The dealer gets the last dealing. Betting begins. The player left the big blind calls with $3. The player may also raise $6. Or, the player may decide on simply folding. This scenario goes on until the turn ends up with the small blind player. This player puts in 2 dollars and calls.
Big Blind then does the final act, and if no raise has been made, the dealer waits for a check. No added money is needed when checking. Now, the thing in this procedure is to wait for one’s turn. Beginners often do something foolish here, like folding or calling before one’s turn comes.
Three raises are allowed per round of wagering. In the first round, the dealer gets rid of the deck top card—for a safety measure. Then three cards (the flop) are thrown in the middle, face up. Any player may grab them. Then another wagering round is initiated by the $3 of the one left to the button. Another top card is rid and a fourth one is flopped—the Turn. Bets of six dollars become the minimum after the turn. Then another card is rid and a fifth flop is made—the River–after which the last round of bets is done.
The sequence goes on until a player gets the best 5-card hand. Casino poker lessons for a low limit are simple, though repetitious. Once familiarized, the casino poker lessons would prove relatively easier.
